Secretary Position Available!

Job duties include, but are not limited to…
- Answering Phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning documents
- Check-in and check-out responsibilities
- Electronic Faxes
- Communicating with physicians & patients
- A regular day shift starts at 8:00am and ends at 5:00pm with an hour for lunch. There are also shifts that start at 12pm and end at 8pm that are not as frequent. We require staff to be flexible to work either of these shifts, mostly the day shift but occasionally the afternoon/evening one. We occasionally need staff to work weekend hours. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as shift differentials.
**We require some schedule flexibility and location flexibility as we need to adequately staff many locations.**
CMA, LPN, RN Position Available!
Join our team as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN). As a key member of our clinical staff, you’ll have the opportunity to provide professional pediatric care throughout our Tenafly Pediatrics offices in Bergen, Passaic & Hudson County. You will learn to provide exceptional quality of care to our patient through the support or your location manager. We provide extensive paid training, specific to a pediatric setting, in order to ensure success with our practice.
Clinical Responsibilities include…
- Rooming/ Vitals
- Completing daily charting
- Lab procedures
- Stocking rooms
- Vaccines (Injecting & Documenting)
- Patient Forms
- Following all clinical
and office policies
Clinical Qualifications/Skills include:
- Active Clinical license/certification
- Availability 35-40 hour work weeks (full-time)
- Availability 30 hours or less (part-time)
- Hours 8:00AM – 5:30PM
- 1 hour lunch break
- 1 evening shift (12PM – 8:30PM)
- 1 Saturday or Sunday a month (8AM – 4PM)
