Internship/Residency:
Dr. Darren Saks completed his Pediatric Internship at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, Pa. He completed his Pediatric Residency here as well, serving an additional year as Chief Resident in 2001.

Medical School:
University of Medicine & Dentistry of NJ, Robert Wood Medical School, NJ

Undergraduate:
Lehigh University

Additional Background:
Dr. Saks served as Attending Physician at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in the Emergency Department, and is currently an Attending Physician at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, Hackensack University Medical Center and The Valley Hospital. He grew up in River Vale, NJ and has a special interest in helping families and communities understand the effects that media has on our children and society.

Personal:
Dr. Saks enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing soccer, playing the drums and painting. His wife is a Special Education Teacher and they have three children- boy and girl twins and a younger daughter.
