  • We provide administrative email addresses for you to contact us if you so desire for billing question inquiries, a request for completion of certain medical forms, and other patient-related requests. These email exchanges remain in our administrative email inbox and the information provided is only used to adequately address your requests and inquiries.
  • We currently use Constant Contact, Inc as our newsletter service. When you subscribe to our newsletter using the form on our website, the information is used solely for that purpose. Constant Contact, Inc has their own privacy policy that you should review if it is of interest to you. You do have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the newsletter emails you receive.
  • We have a form on our website for payment processing. We currently use PayPal and WP Payeezy Pay. When you use these services, you agree and consent that we may use the information you provided to process your payment transaction. The billing information you provide is solely used on our behalf to process your payment, issue a refund, or keep a record of payment transactions.
  • We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track and evaluate the usage of our website. We use this information to evaluate the efficacy of the structure of our website and try to adjust it accordingly to better you user experience.
